Lunch. Jen's homemade vegetarian chili.

Dinner

Tonight I had lentils, peas, tomato and brown rice. 

Today's food so far. Breakfast is Ezekial raisin bread French toast with flaxseed, cinnamon, banana and whipped cream. The other photo is a chocolate smoothie; unsweetened cocoa, peanut butter powder, bananas, hemp seeds, almond milk, ice.

The big salad

You would have to be a Seinfeld fan to get this reference. I made a big salad for the week. I will take this for lunch daily.

New Year's Eve dinner was vegetable polenta and today I went out for lunch and had a vegetable pita. I was so full I ate less than half.
